We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, with free shipping on all orders.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized items are non-returnable.
5. How do I start a return?
Please email us at support@baublesbar.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards.
8. Are your payments secure?
Yes. All payments are encrypted and securely processed. Baubles Bar does not store your card details.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
